Handmade by the shop RomanticThreads, I am perpetually amazed at the craftsmanship of their costumes! This is the second time that this shop has made it to one of my "top 5" lists, and they certainly deserve it.
This costume comes literally with the entire set you see in the photos. This includes the bodice, overskirts that tie around the waist, bloomers with elastic waist, bow, and the full black skirt.
