This Etsy store spotlight post is for ThePaperOwl13! This gorgeous shop, run by Amber of San Marcos, Texas, offers handmade paper crafts and party supplies.
Amber's inspiration for her store came from her love of scrapbooking, and it slowly evolved to making cards, tags and cupcake toppers. With her original Etsy store crowded by jewelry and other supplies, Amber decided to open ThePaperOwl13!
