Lovely Collage Furniture and Decor on Etsy from Madame Collage!

Run by Dorothee of Austin, Texas, she was able to articulate exactly what makes her store so incredibly unique in our interview!

Q: Describe your Etsy shop to me - what inspires you the most?
A: Basically, I make collage furnitures and decors. I revamp old things! One of the lines of the store is French artistry meets Austin
originality in Madame Collage's functional art pieces.
Each handmade and
completely unique piece is a reflection of "perfectly imperfect"

Q: Why did you decide to choose Etsy for your selling venue?
A: To me, Etsy is the best support to promote handmade and artisty
products. MadameCollage is all about originality. I glue everything I
find, give a new life to boring ojects, boxes etc...

Not mass-produced and showing cute imperfections, our pieces are unique and original. Our collages are realized using only the best quality media, always acid and lignin free (pictures, newspaper, book, scrapbook, washi tape...) Each piece is sealed and durable. Making new with old, making different...
I am selling through art and craft shows but I want more exposure.

I love the decorative switch plates - as a kid, I was always begging my parents to buy me different switch plates to match the motif of my room.
Madame Collage offers many different colors and patterns, as well as different types of switch plates.

This gorgeous 4x6 frame has been detailed in black and creme French toile. The outside of the frame is black with distressed gold detail. Very elegant!

This striking antique chest has dovetail joints, is grunge distressed and made of old antique wood. It has been detailed with cream and black French toile, and enhanced by french postal details.
