New Potion Bottle Necklaces!
Recently I've had the pleasure to learn how to make these awesome, fantasy inspired potion bottle necklaces!
Made with various types of "ingredients", such as resin, glitter, and food coloring, I was able to create the below potion bottles. I'm looking to add some more as soon as the label designs I ordered are ready - let's take a look!

This is my Clouds in a Bottle Necklace - flanked with a lovely heart charm and glass pearls, the trick to making this is getting the clouds to remain fluffy while mixing the coloring and glitter properly.
Any Harry Potter fans out there? This sweet "Basilisk" Venom Potion Bottle Necklace is super easy to make! In order to get that "bright green" glow to the clear glue is to buy neon food coloring. With "neon" food coloring, you can achieve that super cool bright venom look!
Prompted by a whirlwind of popularity (mostly due to the Twilight series), vampires are still pretty popular fantasy creatures, so I decided to make a "vial" of vampire blood!
Like the Basilisk potion bottle, this Vampire Blood Potion Bottle Necklace is pretty easy to create, with the main ingredients being clear glue and lots of food coloring.
This Mermaid Tears Potion Bottle Necklace took me FOREVER to finally get right - unlike some of my other potion bottles, I couldn't use clear glue for this particular potion bottle. Why is this? The glitter kept settling at the bottom of the bottle!
In order to remedy this, I switched out the clear glue for resin, and voila! The glitter stayed in place.
Hope you enjoyed this store update - I plan to post more item updates soon. As always, I love to hear your thoughts - have you tried to make any of these potion bottle necklaces?
